Fill out the grant form below, and we’ll take it from here. You don’t have to apply for a specific grant – we can help find the one that best supports your goals.

The following information must be submitted with the grant application to be considered. Applications may be submitted electronically through the below form, or by downloading the PDF and emailing it to CMCF at cmcommfoundation@gmail.com. You may also mail the completed application to P.O. Box 123, Stanton, MI 48888. Applications must have all supporting materials.

For grant recipients, a status report within a year of receipt is required.
